We want you to enjoy the Blue Reign experience, but we also understand that sometimes there may be a need to return an item. As all items are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not offer refunds (unless a faulty item is in question), but we do offer store credit and exchanges.
What do you need to do:
- Check your items - Are they unworn and in perfect condition?
- If yes, fill in and submit a 'Returns Form' within 30 days of receiving your goods*.
- Then pack the item and send it to us. Simple! There's not need to return the box as that's an extra cost, but we do ask that items are packaged securely, safe from external/water damage.
*Once the return form has been received and authorised, you will receive further instructions, including the returns address.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We recommend a free postage certification from the post office or tracked delivery if you have concerns with the postal service. It is important to also note that no refunds can be given for lost parcels or shipping costs.
Exemptions from our store credit and exchange policy
Due to health and hygiene regulations, Blue Reign is unable to accept returns on any brief. All other items may be eligible for store credit or an exchange (once per order), so long as they are in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from animal hair) with all labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet the hygiene, health or returns standards.
Store credit is issued as a digital gift card equal to the amount originally paid for an item (less delivery costs). Digital credit can be used straight away and can be used toward any item/s in the shop. Store credit does not expire.
If you are happy with your product, but the you'd like to try a different size, then an exchange is the best option. Follow the three step return system above and note the new size you'd like on your Return Form. If your return item meets acceptable standards, we will send you a replacement item with free shipping. Applications for an exchange must be made within 30 days of receipt. Only one exchange is available per single order.
In the rare event that you may find a construction fault upon arrival, customers are advised to contact email@example.com within 30 days of receipt. You will be entitled to a full refund (including shipping) if an exchange is not an option. All purchases are sent in a gift box, which is placed inside a poly mailer bag. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by the postal service.
