Shipping and Returns
All Blue Reign garments are sewn to order in London. Please allow up to 21 days for production time. Should the production period increase, a notice will be placed on the site to make you aware of waiting times before purchasing. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note, that whilst Blue Reign use a 'signed for' postal option for deliveries, Blue Reign cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Many steps are taken to ensure the safe arrival of your items. All purchases are sent in a cardboard box, which is protected by a poly mailer bag. Blue Reign cannot take responsibility for damage caused by the postal service.
Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the responsibility of the customer. Items will not be marked as “gift” and the value of the shipment will not be reduced. This is illegal.
It's really important that you are able to enjoy the Blue Reign experience, but Blue Reign also understand that sometimes there may be a need to return an item. As all items are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not offer cancellations or refunds (unless a faulty item is in question), but we do offer store credit and exchanges.
What do you need to do:
- Check your items - are they unworn and in perfect condition?
- If yes, fill in and submit a 'Returns Form' within 30 days of receiving your goods. Once authorised, you will receive instructions via email, which will include a returns address.
- And finally, package the item and send it to on its way. Items must be packaged securely, safe from external/water damage. There is no need to return the packaging as long as the items are sent in a safe way. It is recommended that you get a tracking number for your items, as returns cannot be actioned if we have not received the item.
