We aim to dispatch your garments as soon as they have gone through the production process. Once your order has been given the OK, it will be sent via priority mail.

We cannot accept responsibility for any delivery delays once the order is with the courier. We are also unable to accept any responsibility for any loss or damage during transit. Any losses, delay or damage accrued during shipping will be beyond our reasonable control and will need to be discussed with the delivery company. We make a lot of effort to ensure your items are adequately wrapped and protected before shipping.

CHANGING YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

Following the production process, we will send you an email the day before your order is ready to be shipped. If you need to change your delivery address, please send us an email as soon as possible, email us at hello@bluereign.london quoting:

  • your name
  • email
  • order number
  • the new address
  • contact number

After dispatch, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Please make sure the new information is correct as we cannot be responsible for any lost deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information.

IMPORT DUTIES, TAX AND CUSTOMS

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges. We do not accept responsibility for items stopped by international customs. Please contact your local custom office should you have any questions before placing your order. If for any reason your order is returned to us, any cost of re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want our customers to be happy with their products, if for any reason you

  • you believe your product is faulty
  • not as described

You have 7 working days upon receipt of your order to email us with a request for a refund. You have an additional 7 days to make a request, but you will no longer be able to receive a refund, but store credit instead ( equal to the value paid for the returned item).

Requests for refunds must be made in writing stating:

  • your full name
  • order no.
  • reason for refund

These items need to be

  • new
  • unused
  • unworn
  • free from makeup
  • free from soiling
  • in the original condition - labels and tags still attached
  • in the original packaging

Due to health/hygiene regulations, and given the nature of lingerie being worn so close to the body, we are unable to accept returns on worn underwear.

Please clearly mark the items as a return on your original delivery note and include this in the shipment. Please be aware that any return cost will be charged to the customer. We advise that you insure your returns to insure they are not lost in transit. We cannot be responsible for losses.

For international orders - Please ensure that the parcel you're returning is very clearly marked as a Return to avoid any additional customs fees. If the parcel is not marked as a Return any additional customs fees will be deducted from your refund.

We will examine all returned products to determine if they are eligible for a refund/store credit and will notify you via email as to our ability to offer either. Failure to take care of products, soiled products and worn products will not be considered for a refund/credit.

As all items are currently made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges on wrong sizes or a change of mind. Please carefully refer to or size guide before purchasing any items. We are here to take any sizing questions if you need advice via our chat or email

CANCELLATION

We understand that you might on occasions need to cancel an order. Should this be the case, simply send an email to hello@bluereign.london within 48 hours of placing your order. This cancellation must be given in writing and include the following:

  • subject: cancel my order
  • your name
  • order no.
  • reason

Should you choose to cancel your order in this period.  You will receive a full 100% refund.

Please allow a further 48 hours for a response from our team to confirm your cancellation in writing. A full refund should take no more than 5-10 working days.

We are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been entered into the production cycle and will not be able to issue a full refund, exchange or store credit.
